de juliol, la <strong>Fundaci&oacute; Tutelar del Maresme i la Fundaci&oacute; el Maresme<\/strong> van organitzar un <strong>caf&egrave;-tert&uacute;lia<\/strong> sobre la r<strong>eforma del codi civil<\/strong> que estableix el <strong>nou model de suports a la capacitat jur&iacute;dica<\/strong> amb fam&iacute;lies interessades en iniciar els tr&agrave;mits per als seus <strong>familiars amb discapacitat intel&middot;lectual.<\/strong>\n\nEn aquesta primera sessi&oacute;, es va comptar amb l&rsquo;assessorament de Montse Clap&eacute;s, advocada de La Contra Advocats, i amb l&rsquo;acompanyament de treballadores socials d&rsquo;ambdues entitats.\n\nDespr&eacute;s d&rsquo;una explicaci&oacute; de les difer&egrave;ncies que estableix el nou model respecte a la legislaci&oacute; anterior, es van resoldre dubtes i compartir experi&egrave;ncies, convertint l&rsquo;espai d&rsquo;assessorament en un punt de trobada de realitats similars.\n\nEl curs vinent es realitzaran noves sessions informatives i de debat per a fam&iacute;lies sobre el nou model de suports, que deixa enrere termes com &laquo;incapacitaci&oacute;&raquo; o &laquo;tutela&raquo; i constitueix una passa endavant en l&rsquo;autonomia i el dret a decidir de les persones amb discapacitat intel&middot;lectual.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element
